Construction Logistics

Our aim is to minimise and mitigate the impact to local residents and the community during the construction works by using best practice methods and maintaining regular engagement throughout

Working Hours

Working hours will be agreed with the Council through the Section 61 agreement. It is currently assumed these will be in accordance with the Southwark standard hours as follows:

8:00am – 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri)
9:00am – 2:00 pm (Sat)

Noise, Vibration and Dust

Noise vibration and dust will all be actively controlled, and monitoring equipment installed to ensure limits are maintained in accordance with levels agreed with the Council.

Construction Access

We have been looking at the different locations at which construction traffic could enter and exit the site, to identify those which work best and cause least disruption to the local residents.
