Flexible cultural venue

Among the key enhancements we have introduced as part of the revised West Site proposals is the reuse of part of the existing London College of Communication workshop building.

Our proposal is to create a new cultural venue that retains and exposes the existing structure, recognising it as a valuable piece of the 20th Century history of Elephant and Castle.

The new cultural venue will celebrate the site’s connection to the arts, with flexible spaces that could cater for a variety of uses such as: performances, studios, workshops, retail and leisure
